victim was identified as MARK ANTHONY GAMIL, 21 years old, single, with address
at Barangay Balete Relocation Site, Batangas City.

The suspect was identified as one JEFFERSON A. CRUZAT, 27 years old, married,
jobless and residing at Barangay Balete Relocation Site, Batangas City and is presently
under the custody of this station for proper disposition.

The suspect after having been informed of his constitutional rights, refused to give any
written statements. However, the suspect was positively identified as the assailant by
witnesses when confronted

The suspect was arrested and charged with MURDER. This will be brought to the
attention of an inquest fiscal for proper disposition and recommendation.
