Charismatic Leadership
Coffee wagera is owned by Mush Punjwani. According to the way he is running his coffee shop
Is more like a CHARISMATIC LEADER who actually transforms followers’ behavior as he
opened a door of opportunities to trans genders and he implemented so. Mush Punjwani has
hired Moni Bhatt as first trans member in his team.
Consequently, other competitors or renowned names of society are inspired and unconsciously
has become the followers. For instance, Red Riding Hood Bakery has also taken initiative and
has opened a door to trans and opened a vacant place for trans.
To add to, this can only be done by the leader who has the ability to transform the beliefs of
followers who does not only exist in his surrounding but, who has the ability to transform the
beliefs of an entire society as a result of their charismatic leadership.
Moreover, this leadership of Mush can bring a positive change over a society and over a nation
which can provide ample opportunities to the most unfold cast of a nation yet intelligent and
committed and, who only lacks opportunity to knock its door.

Visionary Leadership
Mush Punjwani also possess the characteristics of visionary leader. He is a motivational speaker,
motivational trainer and a writer of a book about living a fantastic life. His book name is
DHINCHAK LIFE.
This form of leadership involves leaders who recognize that the methods, steps and processes of
leadership are all obtained with and through people. He believes in that and he turned his vision
of actual coffee shop in reality. However, he did so through the people that he made his coffee
shop to be a best place to spend time with his visionary leadership that inspires people, motivate
people and yet compel and attract people to have a broader vision about workplace, team
building and a motivation to provide a meaning to other’s life too.
The best example is the close connection of COFFEE WAGERA with SOP (Special Olympic
Pakistan) and donates a part of the profit to the organization. The management who is un doubtly
a follower of a leader like Mush intends to make the door of opportunities to open
cognitively impaired persons as well.
A way forward coffee wagera
Coupled with his ideas of trans and cognitive impaired persons as a member of his team it seems
that he intends to have a cross culture structure in his organization and therefore he may be later
follow cross-cultural leadership which consists diversity in race cast etc.
Opinion and expectations for inspiring Coffee Wagera
Apart from that, once he would be with his cross-cultural structure he can follow a TEAM
LEADERSHIP. A team leadership is all about the creation of str4ong team with vivid picture of
organization’s future and more often it expresses a future of team members that where they are
heading and where they will stand for. Consequently, this vision inspires and provides a strong
sense of purpose and direction.
In particular, this organization under the leadership of Mush can provide a platform to unfold
talent of Pakistan. They may be trans and/or cognitive impaired persons. In addition to these,
Mush is also empowering women by providing platform to house wives in an event called
BRUNCH WAGERA.

Innovation with an idea of Coffee shop

Brunch Wagera is a special event held at Coffee Wagera once in a month. What happens here; 10
chefs are selected to bring their specialties and sell from Coffee Wagera. Zero-cost venue, no
profit-sharing, free promotion, no catch! There are two shifts: 12-4pm and 5-9pm. There will be
five chefs in each shift. Chefs need to come half an hour earlier to setup and allow half an hour
to clean up at the end.

Each chef can sell up to two items; each item must be Rs.300 or less, per piece/serving. For
females only; home-cooked food only. Items must be different from what Coffee Wagera already
has on the menu - so no sandwiches, wraps, cakes, brownies or cookies. Some ideas: shami
kabab, dahi bhala, chaat, pasta, patties, croissants, donuts, tarts, gelatos, pudding...

Thus, this one more innovative idea to compel people towards a big change in a society through
business/entrepreneurship in a country like Pakistan where house wives lack that importance and
most importantly recognition. They deserve as an important part of a society.
