My top core values are that I would be treated fairly, I would never be pressured to do

things that I think are wrong, the job would provide steady employment and that I could do

things for others. I feel like these are common work values. No one would want to be treated

badly or be pressured to do something wrong. Many people would like a steady job so they

would not have to worry about finding another one.

My top skills are writing, editing, creating, calm and loyal. These mean to me that I love

being creative. I feel like being loyal is a good quality to have, because that is a qualities

companies might look for in an employee. I feel like calm is also a good quality to have because

when you have to deal with irritating people, it is better to be calm than angry.

According to the personality test, my personality type is an ISFJ. The acronym stands for

Introverting, Sensing, Feeling and Judgement. I feel like it means that I have pretty good people

skills, even though I prefer to sit in my house by myself. I have compassion for people. I try my

best to understand their situation. I may procrastinate, but I like to make sure all my assignments

are perfect in my point of view.

My RIASEC code is RAS. It means I am realistic, artistic and social. To me, this means

that although I am creative, I still have a realistic side to myself. I like to rely on facts. I am very

honest with people. I am friendly. I feel like these are pretty good qualities to have. I think that

my realistic side helps balance my creative side. Although, my imaginations likes to run, the

ideas tend to be able to happen in real life.

The first thing I learned about myself would be that even though I am introverted, I am

somehow social too. I guess I always thought of being an introvert as you don’t have
communication skills at all. I guess I learned that I am pretty good at communicated in most

situations. I never really realized that about myself.

The second thing I learned about myself is that I’m moved creative than I thought. I knew

that I was a little bit creative, but I never really thought that it was such a big part of me. I always

thought of being creative as just for artists, not writers. I learned that being creative and able to

create thing are very important to me, no matter the style. I also realized that writing can be just

as creative as painting or drawing.

The third thing I learned about myself would be how important it is to me to help people.

I always thought that helping people is just something everyone wants to do. I never really

thought that is was “an important idea” to people. Like, it’s just something that you should do.

It’s something that everyone should do. I never really realized that it was a huge value in my life.

I feel like helping people, no matter how big the deed, is just something everyone should do.

Again, I’m surprised by the social thing. In my mind, I’m awkward and shy. I’ve never

really seen myself as someone who can hold a conversation with someone. I guess it makes a lot

more sense now why people randomly talk to me. Or how people are never afraid to ask me for

help on their homework.

Some of the careers that fit with all this information is teacher, cook, animal trainer,

English teacher, child care, home economics, librarian, lawyer, therapist, baker and social

worker. The most common one throughout all the assessments was teacher. I’m not really

surprised because since I was a little kid, I’ve always wanted to be a teacher.

I can use this information to help decide which career is best for me. I can use this

information about myself to help myself in my own life. I can use this information to get a job. I
can use all my personality test to describe myself when I’m in a job interview. I have learned a

lot about myself and I am less confused about everything.These assessments have helped me

learn about myself. It has also helped me learn more about different career options. They also

helped me realize why I have always wanted to be a teacher
