Cancellation Notice All cancellation must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the

1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours(2 working days) for all courses except ER42, ER42P and ER43P (B) (refer T&C
#2 below) is subject to the following changes:

a) For cancellation made within 48 hours (2 working days) 30% of course fee will be imposed.

b) For cancellation made within 24 hours (1 working day) 50% of course fee, full one way pick up service cost and one day
of hotel stay (if applicable) charges, will be imposed.

c) If no cancellation is made prior to the commencement of the course OR if cancellation is made after the commencement
of course, the full fees plus any applicable transport/hotel costs will be charged to client.

d) MSTS Asia Sdn Bhd is in compliance with Malaysia's SERVICE TAX ACT 2018. Our fee is subject to applicable service
tax rate.

2. Cancellation Charges for:

ER42 Management of Major Emergencies
ER42P Major Emergencies Management Initial Response Training (OPITO Approved)
ER43P (B) Major Emergencies Management Initial Response Training (OPITO Approved) with OIM Controlling Emergencies
(OPITO Approved)

a) Cancellation within 10 working days from the date of training, 100% of course fee will be imposed.

b) Cancellation within 24 hours (1 working day) from 1st day of training, or No Show/Cancellation made on the 1st day of
training, in addition to charges 2(a) above, full one way pickup service cost and one day of hotel stay (if applicable) charges,
will be imposed.

Cancellation notice period is calculated from the 1st day of training.
