1. Pre Mining Operation

2. Mining Operation
a. SKM Mining activity
Mining activity at pit did not progress from dec 23, 2017 until dec 28, 2017 cause all of SKM’s heavy
equipment unit used for barging activity and waiting for diesel fuel supplying.
Continuing mining activity that begin again from dec 29, 2017 such as stripping over bourden, OB
removal, ore getting and ETO area extension activity until minimum more than 50.000 WMT. Support
loading ore at ETO KM2A for ore hauling activity to EFO have finished this day.

b. KAK Ore Hauling activity

Ore hauling activity still have done on sunny day only. Hauling road condition still can not passing yet for
night activity, Safety factor become our principal opinion.

3. Production, Engineering and Geology

 Mobiliation of drilling unit have been arriving in Ternate at January 02, 2018 and will be continue
mob to mess Tekindo, estimation arrive at site night January 3, 2018. Commissiong plan will be
doing at January 04, 2018 and continue Mob to first drill hole at Sagentel prospect.
 This week SKM planning will start mining activity in Maleo PIT.
 Continuing ETO area extension till minimum more than 50.000 WMT according to the work
contract.
4. Issues
 Lim mining team need to clarity of job contract that have given to contractor company to know
their job responsibility clearly.
 Bridge of KM 17 have broken and collapsed yesterday, heavy equipment can’t pass it, so need to
sevice as soon as possible. Still waiting excavator unit support PC 300 from SKM.
 Ore hauling activity from ETO 17 and ETO 18 will be continuing this week after service brigde
KM 17 that have collapsed with safety ramdor.
 Pull out and logs material hauling, start continuing this week for Log bridges KM 18, KM 20, KM
17 and KM 8 with support unit from SK and TE such as Bulldozer and Loboy.
 Unit supporting for road service and maintenance often breakdown so it’s disturbing road service
activity.
