measures towards the improvement of present methods and add to
existing knowledge.
7. Organization – the ability to plan and organize work effectively.
8. Initiative – the extent to which the student is a self-starter in
accomplishing his tasks.
9. Industry – the amount of concentration and effort extended in the job
by the student.
10. Attainment of Objective – overall extent to which the student
successfully accomplishes the tasks or functions assigned or delivers
the desired results.
