Step 0: At the end of the course, the students will be able to:

CO 1: Interpret the basic legal concepts of Indian contract law required to run business effectively

CO 3: Apply the partnership principles in case of starting, registering and dissolving the

CO 4: Relate the concept of Companies Act in formation and winding-up of companies in an
Indian organizational context to brief about the functioning of the company. (K3)
