I am working as an Executive- Solvent Recovery Plant in Mylan Laboratoires Limited,

Unit-10, Parwada, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

My roles and responsibilities

 Responsible for carrying out production activities as per daily work plan to
achieve the production targets.
 Allotting work to subordinates in the solvent recovery plant
 Responsible for batch operations are carried out as per MBPR and cheking the
adequacy of the procedures.
 Responsible for monitoring yield, quality while checking the critical operations
and reporting abnormalities in the prescribed procedures.
 Ensure that equipment and accessories are cleaned and prepared as per the
relevant Standard Operating procedures and relevant records before batch
charging.
 Preparing MBPR, Cleaning records and daily production reports.
 Preparing monthly production planning and indenting of the raw material to
stores according with the rolling plan.
 Carrying out the internal quality audits as per the schedule
 Decision making during emergencies and abnormalities while consulting with the
superiors. Also reporting to immediate superior for any process abnormalities
and taking corrective actions as per the instructions.
 Seeking clarification for reasons for deviation or abnormality, if any happened in
the previous shifts.
 Confirm that all the raw materials have SAP Labels and confirm through SAP for
approval by using Radio Frequency Device.
 Ensuring the indenting of raw materials, Blank MBPRs, general consumables as
per the rolling plan through SAP. Ensuring the raw materials are arranged/stored
in specified area with proper labelling and segregation in batch wise.
 Ensuring the records are maintained as per the Standard Operating Procedures
 Ensuring the cleanliness of equipment as per the cleaning record and also to
maintain the cleanliness of the production area as per the good housekeeping
practices.
 Ensure the raising and closing of work permits (Hot/General work permits, vessel
entry permits and height permits).
 Responsible to maintain all process equipment or operation insafeworking
condition with recommended controls.
 Make note of work order given for break down maintenance on daily basis and
follow up with concerned departments for its completion.
 Coordinate with cross functional departments as per the production needs.
  Ensure usage of relevant PPE and their cleaning after usage. Ensure that
workmen and staff are using Safety PPE during their work in the plant.
 Preparation of Process Flow diagrams and P&IDs as per the requirement.
