Ms. Szczur was comfortable with the content and explained it well. She had a good rapport with the students.
I would suggest that Ms. Szczur move from behind the podium during direct instruction to better monitor the students. I also encourage
more collaborative and student directed learning and less lecture oriented direct instruction.
