BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR PUMPS AT IITM RESEARCH PARK, MADRAS

Supply, Installation, Testing, Balancing and Commissioning (S. I. T. & C) of the following Plumbing equipment and materials in
accordance with Specifications and inclusive of all taxes, duties, loading, unloading, octroi, transportation, scaffolding, insurance and
all other statutory payments.

A PUMPS
Providing and fixing in position horizontal Multistage Fire Hydrant Pump
with constant pressure water, supply of average discharge pressure,
comprising of baseframe mounted single outlet centrifugal pump, having a
capacity of 2850 lpm at a total head of 100 m. The casing will be suitable
for 16 bar pressure of cast iron. The impeller shall be bronze, shaft and

shaft sleeve shall be SS 410. The pump will have mechanical seal. The
recommended driver shall be EEF2 Motor. The required head shall be 80
mtrs for lower zone and 125 mtr for upper zone.

Providing and fixing in position horizontal Multistage Sprinkler Pump with

constant pressure water, supply of average discharge pressure, comprising
of baseframe mounted single outlet centrifugal pump, having a capacity of
2850 lpm at a total head of 100 m. The casing will be suitable for 16 bar
2 pressure of cast iron. The impeller shall be bronze, shaft and shaft sleeve 1 No.
shall be SS 410. The pump will have mechanical seal. The recommended
driver shall be EEF2 Motor. The required head shall be 80 mtrs for lower
zone and 125 mtr for upper zone.

Supplying & installng horizontal multistagel pump (Diesel Pump) with

3 automatic priming system having capicity 2850 LPM @100 M total head. 1 No.
From all causes, with starter panel push botton station as required.

Providing and fixing in position horizontal Multistage Jockey Pump with

constant pressure water, supply of average discharge pressure, comprising
of baseframe mounted single outlet centrifugal pump, having a capacity of
4 180 lpm at a total head of 100 m. The construction of the pump, shall be SS 1 No.
304, having an impeller / shaft / shaft sleeves all of SS 304. The pump will
have mechanical seal.

Cubical type Auto Manual Panel as per technical specification for Fire
Hydrant Pump, Sprinkler Jockey and Jockey Pump having all starters,
5 safety protections, controls, interlocking, supply provide and install pressure 1 No.
switches and flow switches for starting and sequencing the pumps. A single
feeder shall be provided to the panel.

conforming to IS 1239 with welded joints and all necessary fittings like

hydraulically to 1.5 times the working pressure painting with one coat of

anticorrosive paint and two coats of red enamel paint etc complete.with
fabricating & fixing MS angle, flats, channels fabricated brackets / supports
for supporting the pipes with 10mm 'U' bolts,hitech type brackets for pipes.
