Dear ladies of Magma Calm Home Assisted Living,

Hello, my name is Lauren Lively and I am here today to speak to you about a

very important topic. My hope today is to expand your minds and further educate you

ladies on the importance of what women are doing with their bodies today.

Because ladies of your generation are more religious and you make your votes

towards a certain party over another based on your beliefs, I can infer that more of you

in the room probably voted towards pro-life rather than pro-choice. This referring to the

battle of if abortions should be legal or not and the laws around it.

I can see that the vote towards pro-life is made with mostly good intentions, but

intentions don’t always come with a good outcome. “In 2004, the Guttmacher Institute

anonymously surveyed 1,209 post-abortive womenfrom nine different abortion clinics

across the country. Of the women surveyed, 957 provided a main reason for having an

abortion,” (Abort73, n.d). These facts showed a few top reasons women get abortions

ranges from not being able to afford the child, their personal maturity, and health issues

involving the mother and/or the fetus.

“On any given day, there are nearly 443,000 children in foster care in the United

States. In 2017, more than 690,000 children spent time in the U.S. foster care,”

(Childrens rights, n.d). These children often live lives where they feel depressed and are

exposed to violence, drugs, and alcohol at a younger age and are more likely to

experience developmental problems because of it, leading to addictions and diseases

later in life such as alcoholism and substance abuse. This could have been prevented

when a mother wanted to get an abortion knowing that she could never provide a life for
this child, and because abortion was illegal in her state, had to give up a baby to the

government and couldn’t get it adopted.

Pro-life voters care about the life of the baby before its born, but almost

disappear when problems arise with the aftermath.

“Because nearly all women in society bear children, the availability of effective

reproductive health services is important for most women. In addition, because women

have been socialized to bear nearly all of the burdens of childcare, reproductive

decisions have a very long-term impact on women's lives. Thus, if we are to protect

women's basic civil rights, we must have a long-term holistic approach to reproductive

health. Unfortunately, our entire reproductive health strategy has become moderated as

we focus nearly exclusively on the legality of abortion” (Colker, R.)

From this excerpt you can infer if abortions are to be made illegal, other options

need to be made available to mothers and their un-aborted babies after they're born.

These options need to be able to take care of all the time, money, care, and safety that

it takes to raise a child.

You ladies led the movements for suffrage, for equality in the workforce, for

women to be more than just stay at home nobodies. It’s time to let women do what they

want with their bodies.

My purpose here today isn’t to read you a letter about how abortions should be

legal nationwide and how many lives would be helped with pro-choice laws, but to show

you that we’re going through new movements to create a safer world where everyone

can feel accepted for living whatever lifestyle they want to live. Women should be able

to do anything with their body that they want, and if women want to have sugar daddies
to help them with whatever financial needs they might have, then us ladies need to

stand together and create a community of acceptance for women everywhere.

Donald trump, 45th President of the United States of America. The role model

that many children look up to, considering they think he’s the boss of the United States.

This person that you elected to be president, is also well known for his marriage

choices. Melania Trump’s name is swirling around the sugar community as one of the

White House’s 1st first lady sugar babies (Reddit, 2018). Trump can also be considered

a sugar baby. According to The Washington Post, his actual father handed over

$140,000,000 to helping him build his empire and when that wasn’t enough, Trump

turned to his Russian allies to help him with his plans.

If you’re responsible for a president involved in these kinds of relationships, then

you should at least be more approving when people take a similar stance with it. And if

you’re voting for certain laws to be set in place, then you need to take accountibility

when there are problems with the aftermath of the law. My point of gathering you all

here today is to educate you on the impoerance of sugar baby and daddy relationships

and I want to convince you ladies to welcome this relationship with open arms.

“In general, the SB/SD arrangement is believed to be based on honesty from

each person regarding what each wants to get out of the relationship. Common

needs and benefits from a SB/SD relationships range from financial benefits and

business connections, to simple companionship or physical satisfaction,”

(Graham, n.d.).

So, I’m seeing that most of you are rolling you’re eyes right now at the

ridiculousness of this speech, and I get how unimportant this may seem. Without feeling
support from anyone, this may cause problems in the balance of life because a life

without any support from friends, family or anyone really, can lead to a life of depression

and anxiety ultimately leading to a life filled with thoughts of suicide or worse, going

through with it.

With apps and websites available 24/7, it is so easy to have access to meeting

these sugar daddies and starting these relationships. That being said, most of your

grandchildren probably have some involvement with this already. “My mom was a

prostitute. I had a sister who was an erotic dancer and another was a prostitute,” (Urban

Institute n.d.).

Now I'm not sure if they visit you enough, but I’m sure if you gave your

grandbabies your full support, than at least have it here and feel loved and cared and as

a result want to visit you more, versus how their parents may make them feel at home

may make them feel like they don’t matter at all.

I also understand that you guys aren’t as tech-savy as us youngsters, so you

don’t understand how to even set up these relationships, but it's okay. If you’re floored

enough to want to be a sugar momma yourself, you can certainly get the help you need

in order to trade your social security checks in for a companion of any age, gender, or

race.

Sugar daddies can help out a lot of the finances that the baby is really struggling

to pay for. For a little company or whatever arrangements are being made, the baby can

pay off things like student loans which can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Other

expenses may include car payments, rent, and more. Being a part of the community
doesn’t necessarily mean you’re just in it to get only fancy clothes, dinners, or

vacations.

So, with the love you’ve shown us through suffrage, getting women into the

workforce, presidential role-models, and raising your own children through love and

compassion, lets stand together in creating a community of acceptance for these

lifestyle choices.

Thank you.
