Online Profile – Completing Guide

There are two sections of completing online profile. You should

complete the online profile within two days after you receive the
online profile complete email from the system.

User name is the Email address you provided to us.

Password is 123456. You can change it after your account is
activated.

The online profile-completing guide is to help you understand how to

fill each blank. You will get to see the online filling section as
below.

Session 1. Filling Information

Employee ID： EA01704

Full Name： * Your name will be fixed in our

system

* ( International country code) your phone number

Teaching Experience： * How many years of experience you have in

teaching

excellent work experience： Where you have worked

number has to be different with your own given above)

Email via which we can reach you

Date of birth

You need to register QQ if you have not got one. We will use
QQ number：
QQ as one of our teaching tools. You can register by searching QQ
from Google international.

Use eClass： Yes No * Choose Yes

Download eClass ( Download eClass and use the same user name
and password as your teaching account). eClass is a teaching tool
developed by talk915.

Skype ID：
The Skype ID you will use for teaching

Graduated school：
* Where you graduated

Major：
* What your major is

Time zone difference： * Between your local time and Beijing time. For
example, UK is 7 hours behind china, then we choose -7.

0 hours means the same time with Beijing. +1 hour means 1 hour
ahead of Beijing time, -1 hour means 1 hour behind Beijing time.

English introduction： *The introduction requires around 100 words about yourself
as well as your teaching style. It will be shown public to students. A
clear and definite introduction will attract more student to book your
classes.
 As for the blanks below, please consult UK office. As we are paying
via Payoneer. you need to register a Payoneer account first. The
payment date is 15th each month. We will send you a link before the
first payment date to establish a payment relationship. Place register
online at www.payoneer.com.

Section 2. Uploading Files

Some candidates have informed us that they are unable to upload files.
There are two possible reasons for this.
①Format and size (Requirements for format and size are given in this
section.)
②You get a message from the browser saying your flash is out of date
but you have already installed the latest flash. The solutions are as
follows:
1.1 Use google chrome browser
 1.2 Once you open the browser, you will find a button “Security”
on the top left next to the address bar. Click that button and
you will see “Setting”. Click “Setting” and you will see a
button for enabling Flash. Click it and you will be able to
submit pictures, MP3 files and videos.

1. Photos, MP3 Files and Videos

1.1Upload photos
You need to prepare two photos in JPG format with a white background
(such as a white wall, etc.). No matter what the photos are taken
by, picture quality must be guaranteed.

1.2Upload MP3 self-introduction

①Format requirement - MP3 format only (If you have difficulties
converting to MP3, you can contact UK office.)
②File size - Normally 10MB
③File content - You can record the voice message similar or same
to the English introduction you have written.
④Reminder for uploading – After you press upload, it will take a
while to show upload success, which is affected by internet speed.
1.3Upload videos
 ①Format requirement – MP4 format
②File size – Less than 10MB
③Self-introduction videos will be shown public to students. A short
but attractive video will surely help increase bookings. Here are
some tips.
a. A well-designed teaching background or a tidy and clean one
b. Background music
c. Teaching aids such as toys, cards, a white board, etc.
d. Body language
e. Introduction of your hobbies and advantages
f. Encourage students to book your classes

2. ID Card / Passport

Only one of your identity pictures is required. A picture of your driving license
in jpg format will also do in case you are unable to provide either ID card or
passport.

3. Certificates
You need to upload pictures of three of your certificates, such as
TEFL, TESOL, etc. If you have only one certificate, upload it three
times. Picture format JPG is required.
When you have completed everything, please click “Submit”. It will
take a while to upload. As the system requires submitting all
information in one go, any inappropriate information or file format
will cause the submitting fail.
