 Follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the Mechanical services
(HVAC, Drainage, and Firefighting) and work implemented meet the specification and the client
requirements.
 Responsible to decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates
including: Scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work
conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operation issues and problems.
 Generate and compile statistical information necessary for budgeting of facilities, equipment
and manpower.
 Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures and other project
requirements are met.
 Liaise with local authorities for the approval of Mechanical services drawings and service
connection.
 Material coordination and close interaction with Consultants for preparation of material
submittal for approvals, preparation of working drawings and as built drawings.
 Following design check, procurement, planning, and execution of all MEP works.
 Able to prepare work distribution charts. Bills of materials / material delivery schedule and can
handle a huge workforce as per site requirement.
 Ensure the quality of material and workmanship so as to satisfy that work should be completed
with given standards.
 Assist as necessary with QA Audits and assist Project Quality Engineer in field inspections on
assigned projects.
 Excellent supervisory experience, including setting goals and objectives, project development,
work planning and organization, budget monitoring and cost control as per contract and client
requirements.
 Test & assist commissioning of MEP equipment.
 Distribute the work activities to the team leaders to execute it on daily bases & to make sure
that what have been done is accepted by QA/QC department.

 Following up and insuring all inspecting requests for completed work (IRs) to hand over the
work to consultant.
 Monitor & report MEP work progress.
 Close all (Non-Conformity reports) issued by Consultant / Client
 Ensure handover of systems is planned and managed efficiently and all documentation is in
place to effect final closeout
 Complete assignments in a complete and timely manner as required by the project manager
