1. Successfully completed the election of the new Chief

Executive at the MPE Bus Station

The process of selecting the new Chief Executive of the Local Public Enterprise "Bus
Station" has been successfully concluded.

The Enterprise Board and representatives of the UK Embassy evaluated that the whole
process was very well organized, with full transparency, and were selected the
best. Both the evaluation panel and the Embassy representatives have listed the same
candidates as interviewers.

As a result, at the end of this process, most points got the candidate Luan Hoti. He has
already been elected Chief Executive Officer of MPE "Bus Station".

2. The agreement for the reduction of the settlement is

Pristina for the reduction of the settlement, all Transport Operators are obligated

Kosovo Chamber of Commerce together with Transport Association have signed an

agreement aimed at reducing prices in international, regional, interurban and seasonal
transport.

Carrier Association Chairman Ruzhdi Kurtishaj said that with the new agreement that
was signed today, international transport will reduce this price by about 30%. After a

Station. "It is important that all citizens use the Bus Station and we recall that all the
departures start from the Bus Station.

Chief Executive Officer of the Bus Station, Luan Hoti, said today in the end that we
came up with a compromise where both sides agreed on a new pricing, this pricing will
be a 6 month period all this is about the course of the changes or reforms that we will
bring in terms of passenger services at the Bus Station. He hopes that this deal will
affect all transporters to the Bus Station.

Chairman of the Bus Station Board Faton Raci, said that with the new agreement the
place from where the buses depart should be identified.

transport or transport of national vehicles because it is transport that is damaging a lot

11.Starts Regular Line from the city to the Airport

Honored passengers,

From tomorrow will start the regular long-awaited line from the city to Adem Jashari
International Airport and vice versa. The bus leaves from the Pristina Bus Station, and
then stops at three points in the capital to collect travelers: The Youth Palace, the City's
Cathedral and George Bush Square.

Bus Station staff will continue to efficiently perform services for travelers who will use
this new line.

Let us notify you that the first bus will depart tomorrow morning at 03:00, to continue the
traffic every hour.

ABOUT US
History

Socially Owned Enterprise (SOE) The Bus Station in Pristina was built up in 1977, while in the
current spaces it was set up in 1983.
After the end of the war in 1999, the enterprise was menaged by the Kosovo Trust Agency
(KTA) while in 2015 it was changed into an open metropolitan undertaking, sorted out as a
business entity, with the Municipal Assembly (MA) of Pristina as the only lawful owner of all the
shares of the enterprise. In this specific circumstance, Pristina MA practices the abilities and
duties anticipated by the laws in power, just as with the Statute and other sub-legitimate acts of
the endeavor.

The enterprise realizes own source revenues and does not depend on the municipal
budget. The main sources of revenue are the service of peronization (acceptance and
conveyance of buses), the ticket sales service for the transport operators, the maintenance of
passengers’s luggage, the parking service, the service of the polygons for driving schools, the
renting of the business premises in owned by the Station.
According to the Statute, the company owns its governing bodies: The Board of Directors, the
Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Secretary, the Treasury and Finance Officer, the Internal
Auditor, and other supporting staff engaged under the organizational scheme of the Enterprise.
Currently, the company employs has 96 people.

The mission of the enterprise

The mission of the enterprise is to provide quality and fair services for the passengers –
who use the services of the Station and the businesses operating within the premises of
the enterprise, and for the different transport operations who operate from or through
the Bus Station in Pristina.

From now on, the company, through the enhancement of the quality of services, plans
to increase its revenues thus creating a public municipal enterprise with sustainable
financial inputs.
Vision
The vision of the enterprise is to continuously provide the most qualitative services to
the public and customers, but also to have financial sustainability, as these two
elements are essential for the further development and modernization of the Bus Station
- in addition to the airport of the country, of course represents the main gateway to
Kosovo, as well as for travels inside or outside the country.

Consequently, MPE Bus Station J.S. Pristina plans to remain an important service
center for its numerous customers, whether local or international.

We have begun planning and creating new opportunities for development and
modernization, while in the near future we will start with the concrete implementation of
many projects aiming to provide additional modern services, whether direct or online,
through which the Bus Station will have a steady increase of revenues, but also
increase of the image of the company, the capital and the country.

Obviously, in order to achieve all these objectives, in no time will the cooperation with
local partners, nor with international partners, be overlooked. Investments and public-
private partnerships are just one of many possibilities in this regard - of course, always
based on existing laws and legal provisions.
