1. Introduction
Project management is very important to meet the need to manage increasingly complex
activities such as mechanical and civil projects. Project management focuses on resource
management and time over the life of the project with regular steps and methods. This program
was developed to help manage large projects. So it can be applied in the classroom to understand
the techniques and look at what constitutes the project and whether it makes the project different
from the routine activities of the organization.
In this course Microsoft Project will be used to create an integrated residential plan in terms of
task and activity control, start and finish date, use of management methods such as workers,
materials, work planning using manual methods, use of Microsoft project to produce project
calendar, Graph. Gantt chart, a key component of project planning and summary tasks for each
project, is also used to illustrate the impact of change in the duration of activities. The aim of this
study is to give the student or civil engineer the ability to manage the projects and how to prepare
the actual table for the construction of the building, which is through the creation of Gantt chart
charts using the MS project and discuss the activity manually following the requirements in the
management of this project.
