Subject: Your request concerning GÓMEZ URRUTIA Napoteón

Dear Mr Martin,

Foltowing our letter dated 15 October 2013, we woutd tike to inform you that, based on the
submission of the National Centra[ Bureau of INTERPOL (NCB) of Mexico for the issuance of a new
red notice retating to Mr GÓmfZ URRUTIA, the Commission reconsidered this case at its 88th session
which was hetd on 30 and 31 January 2014.

Please note that the Commission considered that hat no substantive new etement was
provided by the NCB.

Consequentty, it confirmed its previous conctusions on the predominant potiticat character

of the suits brought by Mexico against lvtr CÓmeZ URRUTIA, which prevents t'he Commission to
conctude that the registration of the information chattenged in INTERPOL's fites woutd be compliant
with INTERPOL's rutes.
