Dear Ms. Myers,

I am a senior from Copper Hills High School. Job shadowing a career we are interested in is
apart of our graduation requirements.. I would like to ask to see if you are willing to be observed
as I job shadow your career. I am apart of the Drill team, and the HOSA future health
professionals club. I have previously taken different courses related to the job I hope to shadow
and am currently taking more related courses now such as Intro to Health sciences, Sports
medicine, and Medical Anatomy. Taking these courses has increased my interest and hopes of
possibly becoming a physical therapist.

I enjoy seeing all the different goals you have to help individual suffering from injuries, it shows
just have much care you have for each patient. Your main goal is to personalize therapy to each
patient, and get them back on their feet fast. Personalizing therapy is what I admire and think is
most important. Having a variety of services and different goals to help individuals recover from
injuries is such an amazing standard to set.

I am amazed at how driven you are and how much you have accomplished. I love the passion
you have towards athletes and athletics! I would really enjoy learning why and how you were
able to accomplish each of your goals. I have many questions about your career and I am very
interested to get an idea of what you do everyday. If you would allow me to job shadow, I would
be minimally distracting and would also love to help in anyway I could.

I hope to get a better view and understanding by being able to job shadow your career. Thank
