THAI BEEF SALAD


Thai Beef Salad is simple, filling and tasty!! You can take a cheap cut of steak and elevate it into
something really special. It’s also packed with nutrition so it’s just a dream

PREP TIME: 5 minutes


COOKING TIME: 15 minutes
1 Prepare your sauce by grating the ginger and
chopping the garlic before adding the sesame oil,
lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and soy soy together to

1 clove of garlic Once the steak is cooked remove it from the BBQ
2 lime or grill and allow to sit briefly.

Brown sugar (1 Tsp)
5 Slice the steak and briefly marinade it in the sauce
before seriving on top of the mixed veggies.
