Reflective Essay

In my opinion this class of English 121 was like a portal of knowledge, I think it is one of

the best things I have done I do not regret this class but I feel grateful for all the knowledge that I

left, thanks also to my teacher I think it has a great way to teach and always buca the way for

students to understand everything perfectly, classes were dynamic there were always activities to

do and when not only games were made but we were always doing something we never left

without doing anything, It really was a class that took advantage and benefits. In the class I

learned many things that will benefit me for my future and also helped me a lot in this semester

in different classes, besides that I am an international student and also my first language is not

English so for that simple reason I needed to learn more. that could in the shortest time possible,

I feel I learned a lot because now I know how to make a paper correctly, I already have the

knowledge of how is the structure of a paper, how to put my ideas separate in paragraphs, how to

make a instruction from one paragraph to another so that the information is coherent and makes

sense. Improve much the way in how to apply the critical and evaluative reading when

synthesizing the information. Something that also helped me was to learn how to make a

summary correctly since in all classes I always need to ask or ask for summaries to be made and

at the time of doing it I already knew how I had to do it, in the jobs that needed to be researched

or get information from the internet and I also knew how to look for it since in this class I

learned how to look for good sources of information on the internet. My goal this year in this
class was always to try to learn as much as possible, always be attentive to the small details and

everything you said since I always wanted to have good grades in my activities and if I did not

pay attention that would be impossible. I think she's one of the best teachers the institution has

simply because of the way you explain everything in detail and always look for ways to help and

make things easier for students.

There were many interesting activities, some more complicated than others but really in

all I had some learning or something new that I had not seen, I liked the way the journals were

made, they were quite interesting and interesting topics my favorites were in the that we had to

talk about what my favorite music genre was, and the one that inspired me. For me, the journals

were the simplest activities since you said what you were dealing with and you chose the person

or topic that you would like to talk about. As it was a theme that you chose for example, it was

much easier for me to write it. I almost always knew what I was talking about in my journal.

The most difficult for me were the papers because they had to put a lot of information sometimes

was a bit complicated topics, and as English is not my first language sometimes needed to

translate all the information but always tried and find ways to make them , I remember the paper

2 it got too complicated I had no idea how to do it and I did it together with my colleagues and

that's why I got a 0, but because you are a good teacher she understood us and gave us the

opportunity to do it again that the papers are the works that more note worth and nisnguno of us

wanted to have 0 and you as a teacher is interested that we learn not that we get bad grades. It

was a little complicated to do all the activities because we are currently in our regular season and

we missed many days of classes and we lost the daily activities that took place in the classroom,

but we always looked for the way and you always gave us time to do them.
 I think taking all possible classes that have to do with English and I want to continue

learning and improving every day more my English, I feel very well prepared, I feel that I have a

good base of information, I think I have what it takes to write good works , journals and papers.

My English improved a lot this semester and my grammar undoubtedly improved too much, I

learned many words and I also learned how to conjugate the words, I feel I made a change from

heaven to earth. I am very happy with everything I have achieved in this class. I think I have had

a remarkable evolution in terms of my English, and that is because I work hard and I take care of

all classes.
