Terms & Conditions:

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs for usage of the “Bookmyshow offer”) govern and apply to the use of the offer(s)/ services
as mentioned hereunder and are in addition to these T&Cs customer agrees to abide by under the Debit Card usage facility
terms and conditions. These T&Cs forms part and parcel of the existing Debit Card terms and conditions. All capitalized
terms used in these T&Cs and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning as mentioned in the T& Cs for the Debit
Card terms and conditions.

In these T&Cs "you" and "your" or “Cardholder” mean the Customer and authorized user collectively. “Card” or “Debit
Card” refers to the DBS VISA International Debit Card including any replacement or renewed card. "We","our" and "us"
refers to DBS Bank Ltd. and its successors and assigns or to any affiliate if any services are being provided by an Affiliate
under these T&Cs. You hereby confirm that the Bookmyshow offer shall be used only by you.

Bookmyshow offer Terms & Conditions of the offer:-

1. This offer is applicable to only valid DBS Bank International Debit Card holders (Customer/s) and is being brought to
you by DBS Bank in association with WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM. DBS Bank does not make any warranties or
representation for the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included under this
Offer. Any dispute in this regard shall be directly taken up with WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM.

2. The Customer will be entitled upto 50% discount (only 35% for Platinum & 50% discount per ticket upto a maximum
of 4 tickets in a month done at WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM to buy tickets using a valid DBS Bank International Debit
Card (Offer). For the purpose of clarity, a Customer who receives the discount under this Offer must purchase at least
one ticket in the same purchase transaction.

3. This is valid only on movies, plays & events.

4. DBS bank reserves the right to NOT give a discount if the customer uses the same for commercial purposes or any
reason whatsoever as may be deemed fit by DBS. DBS has the sole right to deny the offer.

5. This Offer is valid during the period mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer Period”).

6. The Customer is only entitled to avail a maximum of 4 tickets in a month at on the website. The customer needs to visit
www.bookmyshow.com. Select his ticket, use the DBS offer option and he will then get the discount upfront & will
need to pay the amount which is less of discount.

7. This Offer is for personal consumption only and not for commercial purpose. The Bank shall at its discretion have the
right to withdraw from any of its Customer this Offer, for any reason including misuse.

8. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions

9. This offer is only valid for DBS Debit cards issued in India.

10. This Offer is only available for buying tickets @www.bookmyshow.com.

11. In case the customer fails to use the DBS offer on the www.bookmyshow.com website, the bank will not pay the
discount amount

12. This Offer is valid only on your DBS Bank International Debit Card and available on WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM
cinemas in India.

13. For details of the Offer please visit www.dbsbank.in

14. Customer can transact as many times within the Offer Period at all the WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM cinemas in India.
However he will get discount on only 4 tickets every month.

15. Customer will have to retain a copy of the debit card sales slip and ticket in case of a dispute.

16. The Offer is subject to force majeure events.

17. The Bank reserves the absolute right to withdraw the Offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without
prior notice.

18. The tax liability, duties, levies by whatever name called in connection with the Offer shall be borne by the Customer.

19. In case of any disputes, the Customer has to present the relevant payment receipts and debit card sale slips for further
investigation by the Bank. In all such cases, the decision of the bank shall be final.

20. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer, services must be resolved by the Customer with Bookmyshow directly
without any reference to DBS Bank. DBS Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim
that may arise out of use or otherwise of any services / offer availed to the Customer under these offer terms .DBS Bank
shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.

21. Any dispute relating to the Offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to Indian laws and the courts in Mumbai,
India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in such matters irrespective of whether courts in other areas have concurrent
or similar jurisdiction. DBS Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or
inadequacy of service rendered by WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM in relation to the Offer and for any loss of whatsoever
nature suffered by the Customer/s.

22. Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer. Any participation by the Customer shall be
voluntary. WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM will use best efforts to ensure that the Offer is provided as described, but the
Customer shall not make any claim or seek compensation against DBS Bank, even in the event that the Offer is not
provided or provided as described.

23. Customers shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the Offer being availed.
Offer cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash

24. This Offer is non transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts/promotions at
WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM.

25. These terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to the DBS Bank International
Debit Card.

26. Each benefit/privilege under this Offer may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by
WWW.BOOKMYSHOW.COM. Customers are solely responsible for checking and complying with such terms and
conditions in addition to those stated in these terms and conditions.

26 A maximum discount of Rs.300 can be availed in a month under this offer by a Platinum Debit Card holder and Rs.500
by a Signature and Infinite Debit Card holder.

a. If the total discount availed in a month exceeds Rs.300 for Platinum and Rs.500 for Signature and Infinite then the
balance will have to be borne by the customer.

b. If the customer reaches his prescribed discount limit in his first or second ticket itself then he is not eligible for any
further discount on future transactions in that month.

c. Customer will get a discount irrespective of the number of tickets (1 ticket - 4 tickets or more) In case a customer
books more than 4 tickets in a month through one transaction or through separate transactions, the discount will
only be on 4 tickets. Every subsequent ticket will be charged on actuals.

d. The numbers of tickets available are also subject to availability at the cinema.

1 Customer needs to visit www.bookmyshow.com and use his debit card to book the ticket online

2 Customer chooses the movie ticket & proceeds to checkout

3 Customer needs to choose the DBS Offer & he will instantly receive the discount
