Mike: summarized Steven Cully’s Time Mngt - ‘Schedule Priorities’

Safety Projects, deadlines

3.Not so important 4.Irrelevant –

- Emails, meetings surfing internet, etc

Mike suggested what are priorities and what can be delegated:

1. Grants, (LIONS), deadlines (accountability reports), IAC – Yaza Café talks (mary to do with
possible help from Mel, Luz, Brigid Ryan or Hans)
2. Community Navigator to do com support jobs
3. Find Volunteers to help with updating ethnic group leaders
4. Website – JJ & Sanat
5. Youth Programme – JJ, and new young members
6. Need to find out who will go to Com Nav governance meetings at our next committee
meeting.

We discussed what has been ticked off on the ‘to do’ list. It was noted that RUD was very time-
consuming due to crisis situation and subsequent postponement. Now emails have all been read.

Mary is clear to work 25 hours per week at designated times and ask if more hours are needed in
advance.
