Opposition – SUCCESS IS DETERMINED BY ONE’S
TRAITS.
“Who you are tomorrow begins with what you do today”. Said
Tim Fargo.Holding tight to the fact that
discipline,curiousity,hardwork,responsibility,and
interdependent are a gigantic contributor towards
success,towards who you are tomorrow.The world today,can’t
deny that people with these traits will be successful
tomorrow.We can see the
evidence,prove,corrobate,substantiate that people who have
these personal traits leads to big success in his or her life. Aida
Arissa Shamsuddin, San Hao,Natasha Qisty,lee pui yee are a
firm believers that whatever you do is nothing when there are
no determination,perseverance,big efforts and hardworks. A
person with poor grades may indicate character flaws such as
procrastination, lack of motivation, poor time management,
lack of flexibility, or difficulty in a subject. While I would agree
that grades do not strongly correlate with intelligence, grades
do correlate with dependability which is important for one's
potential as an adult one fine day.

Maturity is the key to success.HARDWORK BEATS

TALENT.MATURITY BEATS INTELLIGENCE.HENCE,MATURITY
AND HARDWORK BEAT TALENT AND INTELIGGENCE.
the state of being mentally and emotionally well-
developed, and therefore responsible. That is the
definition Of maturity.
Maturity means taking right decisions at right time.
Taking right decisions means, having knowledge, making right
plans with right strategies, correct implementation and taking
the success in right attitude.
The learning process to know what is right goes on throughout
the life. Everyone is always learning to become more mature
irrespective of his age and status.
Hence, there is no shortcuts to achieve maturity. ( My view
point)

The factors which contribute success are numerous and not depend solely on a single
one.

And for maturity :

“You have to learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make
them all yourself.”

Maturity comes from both intuition and observing and learning from others’ mistake.
Not many people have the gift of incredible intuition which guides them without
experience. So it depends solely on your individual characteristics.

But the method of learning from others is universal but it must be rational and
unbiased.

We are affected mostly by the experiences which we faced personally. They are powerful
and change our perspective about various things. Learning from them pays off but don’t
retain fallacies.
Another way of attaining Maturity is to empathize. You must know exactly what the
other person who is going through a certain distressful phase. This is also not common.
But it’s a great way to understand world and the people.

People become mature after a solemn downfall. Then they earn humility and sees the
world from different angle.

Reading can help you to broaden your mind and your thinking.

Associate and spend time with an experienced person and ask them.
