OBJECTIVES (2-3 per domain):


Psychomotor:
1. Students will stretch thoroughly.
2. Students will have correct form when they are exercising.

Cognitive:
1. Students will think about the exercise and link it to the correct muscle.
2. Students will mentally encourage themselves to keep on going.

Affective:
1. Students will always have a spotter.
2. Students will encourage one another.

TEKS:
.§116.52. (1) (A) apply physiological principles related to exercise and training
such as warm- up/cool down, overload, frequency, intensity, specificity, or
progression; and
