We have obtained much necessary information that can show the whole company. We will analyse
what suggestions or advises that we can give based on their main problems. Furthermore, we will
discuss with the top management to elaborate the case to find out the best solution for them.

Work Completed
We try to redefine the business of Umrah and Hajj as a tour and operator that provide a spiritual
tourism for consumer, we encourage them to play and enter into the market, especially for the new
management of Trimitra.

We suggest that Trimitra should enter the middle market and segment rather than play in higher or
lower economic segment, means Trimitra with a new brand should prioritize their services and publish
a competitive price rather than collecting as much as possible consumer with lowest price and also
optimize the Word of Mouth (WOM) to advertise Trimitra.

The projects that the company has completed are rebranding its own logo, We recommend the new
brand that easy to memorize and also have an deep philosophical meaning and also have an attractive
color.

One of our advice is to and moving move its headquarters from Surabaya to Jakarta which is the most
prospective market for travel company and to simplify the coordination between the company and
the new owners. The company has also changed its top management to refresh the organisation that
can bring a new spirit for its employees.

Work to be Completed
There are some strategies and plans that the company has made to have sustainable growth and
compete with others. The company tries to capture new markets by endorsing some famous clerics
to attract the customers. Besides, the company has also had relations with centre of information and
many agencies.

We also have not formulize a recommendation Umrah package for Trimitra, we are still calculating
the cost of goods sold in Umrah and try to classify it into different class such as : 3 star hotel, 4 star
hotel, 5 star hotel, Umrah plus Turkey, Umrah with someone popular and also a whole month Umrah

Moreover, the company is planing to bundle its products with other institutions such as developer.
Hence, when a customer buys a house, he/she can also get a package of umra or hajj which the price
is included there. That way can give advantages for PT Trimitra and the developer, because they
promote their products together that is called by ”one stop shopping”. In the future, we have been
planing to have relations with wedding organisers, therefore the bride and bridegroom can pilgrime
after the wedding event. It can be good programmes.
