2 Total furnace ( water walls ) mock-up was not done which resulted in for trimming & rebeveling it

7 No material is of proper quality ( improper bend orienations, weld

undercuts etc….. )
Note :
1 Because of all these discrepancies & delayed supplies overall shut duration has got extended to 31 days

2 As all the supplies have got delayed, all the preshut actvities were taken up in the shut which has incread the shut scope enormously & lead to
extended duration
