Aims and Objectives This course will explore various issues relating to the growth and development
in general and of the Indian Economy.
Learning Outcomes
After going through this course participants will have understanding of:
● the concepts of Growth and Development;
● the Indian Economy;
● the Policy Regime, Institutional Framework, Structural change related
to Economy;
● the agriculture, industry and service sector of economy;
● the Foreign trade, Balance of Payment and WTO;
