Dear Sir,
We thank you for the kind courtesy extended to the undersigned during his visit at your
campus regarding your requirement of the above job.

We are submitting the best quotation for the same as per enclosed annexure subject to
following term and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Our rates are excluding all taxes and duties. It will charge extra as per
norms applicable.
2. Completion period of work is subject to the normal working condition. It
may vary/extended as per unfavorable weathers/site condition.
3. Water & electricity supply for work shall be provided by the clients without
any charge.
4. Accessibility of Machine and material to the work point shall be ensured by
the clients such as JCB, Lorry and materials.
5. Obstructions at the time of soil Excavation such as presence of ground
rocks, laying of main hole, sever line, drainage, water & electric line, Gas
line etc., falling/passing through the pits, may cause to stop the work, in
these cases separate hurdle free points shall be provided by the clients to
complete the work.
6. Our quotation rates are only for normal working and machine / material
portability conditions.
7. Any damage on excavation/digging such as water line, sever line, any pipe
line, poles, wall collapse, Plants and trees , individuals or govt. properties
etc shall be on clients risk and no compensation in thereto shall be
chargeable from us.
8. Once the Excavation of earth soil started by us and it stops due to any
reason/obstruction as mentioned above in para(5) and termination of
 work contract for these reasons, expenses incurred up to that point shall
be charged from clients.
9. Safe passage for unloading of material near the work point shall be
provided by the clients.
10. Any additional works other than mentioned in the work order shall be
charged separately.
11. Disputes, if any are subject to the Delhi jurisdiction only.
12. Payments must be made within seven days after producing of bills as stated
in mode of payments.
13. GST EXTRA @18% ON WORK DONE AMOUNT
PAYMENT TERMS

A 40% Payment as mobilization advance with work order

B 50% payment starting of brickwork of pit.
C 5% Payment completion of casting of RCC.
D Balance Payment after completion of job.
