2. Second Payment, due after revised calculation based on owner feedback 50% 
(Softcopy and Endorsement will be submitted after final payment.) 
3. Transfer Bank Account is (KBZ‐ 999‐ 307‐ 999‐ 235‐ 326‐ 01). 
   
4.  VALIDITY 
  1. All information contained within this quote is valid for design service only during design 
stage and obtaining authority submission clearance. (Not valid for construction stage 
and authority permission) 
2. We are not responsible for drafting services and site supervision fees are not included. 
3. Client need to provide complete information related to calculation. 
   
5.  NOTE 
  All above mentioned Quotation Prices are depended upon building type and height. 
   
6.  Duration 
  During for one building will be 1 week after the project is accepted.
