respectful, understanding, motivating and patient we can all try and help others not to feel
ashamed of making a mistake. While still making one accountable of their mistakes, will help
them make the corrections necessary. Celebration must be a part of our goals as a classroom,
always leaving room for improvement reminding everybody that learning can be exciting and
rewarding, is an important asset to obtain. As well as making the students not feel incapable by
permitting them to engage in the class discussion. Leading to have a constructive criticism can
help the students want to improve. Teachers should work collaboratively with the students to
make possible impact in their education in a positive way and work with a set mind that every
student is capable of learning with the help of others including myself because together we can
administration, parents, and the students to promote a fun productive learning environment. I will
be setting short-term and long-term goals for the students and for myself while keeping in mind
their needs, capacity, and potential, to exceed them at their pertaining great level. I will welcome
the community to participate, donate, and volunteer their time to motivate our future generation
to give back to the community. I see it very important to visit cultural museums, historical
buildings, and to learn from pre-historian material lost and how it has shaped and impacted in
our school reforms. Through my personal experience I have observed when a parent collaborates
