I as an instructor, wish to inspire students to engage and become responsible and

dedicated to their studies. I will provide the devices and materials needed for them to obtain and

master the subject required by the standards. By permitting them to collaborate with one another

it will benefit everyone in the end because together we can make a difference. By being

respectful, understanding, motivating and patient we can all try and help others not to feel

ashamed of making a mistake. While still making one accountable of their mistakes, will help

them make the corrections necessary. Celebration must be a part of our goals as a classroom,

always leaving room for improvement reminding everybody that learning can be exciting and

rewarding, is an important asset to obtain. As well as making the students not feel incapable by

permitting them to engage in the class discussion. Leading to have a constructive criticism can

help the students want to improve. Teachers should work collaboratively with the students to

make possible impact in their education in a positive way and work with a set mind that every

student is capable of learning with the help of others including myself because together we can

conquer the students a brighter future.

As a future leader I see myself engaging and participating collaboratively with

administration, parents, and the students to promote a fun productive learning environment. I will

be setting short-term and long-term goals for the students and for myself while keeping in mind

their needs, capacity, and potential, to exceed them at their pertaining great level. I will welcome

the community to participate, donate, and volunteer their time to motivate our future generation

to give back to the community. I see it very important to visit cultural museums, historical

buildings, and to learn from pre-historian material lost and how it has shaped and impacted in

our school reforms. Through my personal experience I have observed when a parent collaborates

in the school with the teacher, that helps the improvement of the student’s academic life to

succeed in their studies not only in school but at home. It opens a communication between the

parents, teachers, and the students.

By providing the tools, creating fun lessons, and working closely we will achieve

academic success for every single student in my classroom. The students, parents, and myself

will design a contract in which the three parties agree on working on behalf of the student’s

success. A concept of a productive classroom setting is to promote good classroom behavior and

for that, I will be encouraging parent’s participation in and out of the classroom. We will be

consistent and clear of the classroom rules. I will be shaping their minds through new

vocabulary, concepts, and the love for reading.

I believe that changes are possible and necessary to be able to compete in this new world

of intelligence. Our future generations, the students, have a great responsibility there for we are

responsible in preparing them. I will be bringing my knowledge, energy, dedication and hard

work to make it possible for them to become proficient or advanced students in their studies. I

want students to feel proud and take ownership of their work.

As a Culturally Responsive Educator I must honor the cultures of all my students, explore

what their cultures are and inherent values to be able to acknowledge and respect them all. As an

educator, I recognize that my classroom is composed of diverse students who have different

needs. Therefore, I must be observant of how my instructional strategies and lessons are reaching

and teaching my students. As an educator, I must provide a setting of inclusiveness where no

race is superior to the other. Everyone has to be given the same opportunity of learning, although

it is understood, that at times resources are not equally provided. However, as an educator I have

the possibility to change the outcome of our students by setting the example of acknowledging

who they are and the struggles they have experienced with the ultimate-goal of breaching the gap

to help them be academically ready to compete in the workforce.

I realized the importance of making observations, seeking help and creating an inclusive

environment in which the students feel comfortable, cared, and supported in their academic

learning.
