The video “Donald Duck in Mathmagic Land” was very entertaining yet informative. The

video was very well made even if it is from long ago. At first the video was too kiddie for me

but as the video get into the story, I was really entertained because there are many facts about

mathematics that I found out because of this video. It was a combination of information and fun

maybe because of Donald Duck.

I didn’t know that music and math has connections maybe that is why many people say

that when you are inclined in music you are also good in mathematics. I was shocked when it

said that octaves are connected to the length of the string. When they used ratio and fraction to

make that look like a lyre instrument create music with rhythm. They showed here how the

pentagram can be used in mathematics that it influenced modern culture and our past in many

ways.

I really enjoyed this video because I learned a lot, and my knowledge about math

expanded. I am really thank you with mathematics because of its contribution to our society. I

give credit to this video for giving me information about mathematics that will be part of my life.

Mathematics always and will be part of our daily lives. Before I didn’t know about this things

but now I know how important mathematics to our human race because I think if there is no

mathematics we will not have any technology that we have now.
