prior to joining Rishworth, I worked in HR in an international law student association. When not
working, I enjoy art, cycling and spending time with family and friends.
After having worked in HR for a civil engineering company and a leading high-end furniture-maker and
retailer successively, I relocated to Stockholm driven by the desire to undertake an international
experience. Originally from Italy, I hold a Master´s degree in Economics from the University of Ferrara
and a Masters in Human Resource Management from the Bologna Business School. At Rishworth, my
role is focused on helping pilots find their next role, and supporting pilots and airlines with compliance
requirements. During my spare time, I enjoy taking long walks in Stockholm and discovering all of the

After ten years in legal private practice primarily within the finance sector in Edinburgh and London UK,
and two years living and working in Vancouver Canada, I relocated to Sweden and joined Rishworth's
European office in Stockholm. With experience of managing business relationships and international
contracts, I coordinate legal support and provide compliance and operational support to contracts
within Europe and Africa. I hold a Bachelor of Law from Edinburgh University and am a non-practising
solicitor qualified in Scotland, England and Wales.
Since 2005, I have been working in various roles in aviation recruitment and executive search in the
technology sector. I have a Master of Science in Engineering and a holder of a CPL with a frozen ATPL. I
am originally from Stockholm, Sweden, but have lived and worked abroad in various continents. In my
spare time, I enjoy travelling with my family and when there is a possibility I like to do outdoor sports
like snow skiing, sailing or catching some waves on my surfboard.
I’ve spent most of my professional life in the aviation industry as a management and line pilot and I’ve
been running Rishworths’ Stockholm office since we started. After a short period on the DC4 it’s been all
jet liners for me, starting on the DC8 and finishing my active flying on B738s and B744, having over
19,000 hours in my log book. Most of my flying was with SAS, Scandinavian Airlines. Stockholm, Sweden
has always been home, although I’ve spent considerable time abroad working in other European and
Asian countries.
