Ben Weber
Ben Weber is the Director of Human Resources and training at
Vendor Resource Management. As part of his role, he oversees
the development of training for a vendor network of over 15,000
financial services professionals and vendors. Key areas of
training include leadership development, communication,
diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, and compliance.
Ben is a member of the Forbes Human Resource Council and is
in his ninth year as an adjunct professor for Concordia
University Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science from the
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned a Master of
Business Administration and a Master of Human Resource
Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and
is currently working on his dissertation toward a Ph.D. in
leadership studies from Dallas Baptist University.
