Consent

It is Molabs Tech (“Company”) intent to sponsor an employee for H1B visa when such application is necessary to
meet business need and the applicant meets Company requirements and the requirements established by United States
immigration law. While Company may agree to support employee with an application for H1B, Company does not
guarantee that employee(s) will receive such approval from U.S. government.

Molabs Tech will be holding initial amount of $6,000 to cover incidental expenses incurred during the hiring process.
This initial amount will be refunded back to you in any of the following cases:

- After one year (12 months of contractual work) of your employment with Molabs in the USA.

The initial amount will be refunded partially in the following cases:

- If the USCIS receives more applications than it processes, and your H1B application is not selected in the H1B 2019
Quota (lottery)

The initial amount will not be refunded in the following cases:

- In case the USCIS doesn’t approve your petition.
- In case you decided not to proceed with your employment with us after being eligible to work in the USA
- If you delay your travel to the U.S. after confirming your selection for a position. All family emergencies should be
discussed with Molabs HR. Molabs HR practices discretion for emergencies related to family or personal life.
- If you fail to attend interviews without notification.

Please make a note of the following:

- Once you are selected for a position, you will have a minimum of two to three weeks to move to the U.S.
- You will be responsible for arranging a Magic Jack, Skype or U.S cell number that would be used for your interview
with the clients.

Please note that MOLABS’s hiring process are done in good faith and based on the credentials and reference that you
have provided. Your employment with MOLABS will depend on the verification of such credentials and reference.
Please sign this form and send it to recruit@molabsmedia.com along with a copy of your latest resume. MOLABS
will not proceed with interviewing and processing of your H1B application until we received this letter with your
endorsement.

I certify that I read and understood and I agree with this letter and will not held responsible Molabs in case H1B
petition is declined by USCIS. I here by also agree that I will not testify against Molabs Tech regarding H1B policies
and hiring process whatsoever.
