Demo 1 (2.21)
Investigate an irregular shape beam with a flange thickness of 125mm
and flange width of 250mm. Overall beam height is 700mm with a lower
total web width of 375mm. Use 21MPa concrete and 4-32mm 345MPa rebars.
(note: for this problem use clear cover = 49mm, stirrup = 10mm)

Demo 2
Investigate an irregular shape beam with a flange thickness
of 150mm and flange width of 500mm. Overall beam height is
800mm with a lower total web width of 250mm.
Use 28MPa concrete and 7-42mm 345MPa rebars.
(note: for this problem use clear cover = 44mm, stirrup = 10mm)
