Promo Mechanics

1. Abenson Summer Exclusives Promo is open to Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Femme Visa,
Femme Signature Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank
Credit Mastercard, Toyota MasterCard and Robinsons Mastercard cardholders in good credit
standing. The promotion is not applicable to Metrobank ON Internet Mastercard, YAZZ Prepaid,
Metrobank Prepaid and Debit cards.

2. The promo period is from March 08 to May 08, 2018.

3. Qualified cardholders who shop at any Abenson stores will be entitled to a FREE Asus Zenfone Go
5.0 Lite for a minimum single-receipt installment purchase of P60,000.

4. Only 0% interest installment purchases are qualified. Straight purchases are excluded from this
promo.

5. Shop Now, Pay Later (SNPL) up to 90 days is also available.

6. To redeem the free item, cardholders must surrender the original customer’s copy of the
approved 0% installment charge slip plus the original sales invoice of Abenson stores where
purchase was made, and present the Metrobank Card used for the purchase at the redemption
counter of the participating store.

7. For a charge slip to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

a. Name and card number on the charge slip must be the same as the Metrobank Card
presented;
b. Transaction date of the surrendered charge slip must be within the promo period;
c. Transaction amount should be at least P60,000; and
d. Charge slips presented upon redemption must be readable. Unreadable charge slips will no
longer be valid for redemption.

8. A cardholder may only have one (1) redemption per day per branch.

9. Redemption of the free item is valid until sixty (60) calendar days from the end of the promo
period.

10. The free items under this promo are not convertible to cash or discount and cannot be
exchanged for any other item/s.

11. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined
as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to
redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more
transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the
interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

12. Metrobank Card Corporation (MCC) reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved
transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the program period. Should the cardholder
 receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of
the incentives due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized
transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by MCC to the cardholder’s credit card
account.

13. 0% interest and SNPL up to 24 months on installment is applicable on selected items and terms.

14. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and
use of Metrobank Cards and all related provisions of Metrobank Card’s 0% installment program.

15. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank Card’s approval and only valid if monthly
dues are paid in full.

16. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with other Abenson and Metrobank Card offers.
