This manual describes the MobilePass configuration on mobile devices after migration to SAS.

1. MobilePass Setup on Android devices

1.1. First navigate to: https://selfportal.capgemini.com (please note, that user authentication via SSO
may be required. If so, then please login using your login ID and CORP password).

1.2. You will be redirected to the selfportal site, please go to Assign MobilePASS Token in the right
pane.

1.3. Please enter the start date (begin of work by Capgemini) and the last Name of the manager
(same as in Corporate Directory, it needs to be the whole; correct Last Name) and click on save.

1.4. On the new site that will appear please click on the URL on the gray background:

1.5. You will be redirected to a new site. Click on the MobilePass


icon to start the download.

(IMPORTANT: Please do not click on “Enroll your MobilePASS


token”)

1.6. You will be forwarded to the Google Play Store from where you
can download the software.

1.7. Once the application is installed go back to the Internet site and
choose Enroll your MobilePASS token.

1.8. After that the Mobilepass application should start automatically.


As the new token name, please enter your login ID and click
activate. Please click on Activate.

1.9. The auto enrollment process will start.

1.10. Next you will be asked to enter a token PIN, fell free to choose
one of your own; it should consist of 4 digits, and click on
continue. Then you need to re-enter the PIN and click on
continue. After that the Mobilepass is going to generate a code
that can already be used in order to connect to the VPN or
WEBMail.

2. MobilePass Setup on iOS devices

2.1. First navigate to: https://selfportal.capgemini.com (please note, that user authentication via SSO
may be required. If so, then please login using your login ID and CORP password).

2.2. You will be redirected to the selfportal site, please go to Assign MobilePASS Token in the right
pane.

2.3. Please enter the start date (begin of work by Capgemini) and the last Name of the manager
(same as in Corporate Directory, it needs to be the whole; correct Last Name) and click on save.

2.4. A new page will be loaded with the enrollment URL. Please click on it in order to proceed.

2.5. You will be redirected to a new site. Click on the MobilePass icon
to start the download.

(IMPORTANT: Please do not click on “Enroll your MobilePASS


token”)

2.6. You will be forwarded to the App Store from where you can
download the software.

2.7. Once the application is installed go back to the Internet site and
choose Enroll your MobilePASS token.

2.8. After that the Mobilepass application should start automatically.
