It is with confidence that I write this letter of recommendation for Sydney Wenger. I have had the

pleasure to work closely with Sydney at the Minnick School in Bristol, VA. The Minnick School serves a

diverse set of students ranging from kindergarten through 8th grade. When Sydney first came into my

classroom, she was a breath of fresh air! She jumped right in with confidence, offered any assistance

needed, and always went the extra mile to ensure the day ran smoothly. Sydney has a wonderful heart

and built a positive rapport with the students as well as the teachers and staff members she worked

with. She is very dependable, organized, and always on time. Sydney remained very consistent with

classroom rules and procedures, which helped students know what to expect and what to do if they

needed anything. When necessary, Sydney created and implemented her own differentiated lesson

plans for a variety of grade levels. She has shown that she can adapt to different situations involving

academics and behaviors and has continued to effectively manage any class she worked in.

I highly recommend Sydney Wenger and truly believe she is an amazing teacher, one that any school

district would be fortunate to have.
