Important Notes:-
1) Stirrups for Column (C-1 to C-71) were not bend at 135º (Refer attached photo).Necessary
rectification to be done for stirrups.
2) Columns,Foundations exposed to environment should be properly cured.Additional care should be
taken due to high temperature and may use wet gunny bags to over lap the exposed column surface.
3) Concrete quality for some of the columns (C-1,C-4,C-20,C-27,C-33,C-34,C-37,C-39,C-61,C-62)
surface were found minor honey combing.Site incharge to take care of vibration during pouring of
concrete.
4) Site incharge to execute all details as per approved structure drawings and if any discrepancy
observed, its should be notified to structure engineer or in case should followed relevant Indian
Standards.
5) Contractor to take care of Founding levels of column and water tank and proper compaction below
foundation to be ensured.

Additional Notes:-
Engineer in charge (NAU) is to ensure maintaining grade of Concrete as specified in Structure
Drawing.
