In the third week in teaching practice, I was noticed from the teacher

different strategies 'from week one to this week' to manage the class
and having positive environment. I usually used three different
strategies, one that I noticed from the teacher and the other two I was
use it in my classes in the last teaching practicing.
First strategy, the colored chart; which it has three colors red, yellow,
and green. I notice this strategy from the teacher, she pots the good
behavior students in green color, if they misbehave she give them first
warning and if they keep misbehave she lower them to yellow, if they
still misbehave and make noise she lowers them to the red and write a
note on their behavior book to let their parents know.
Second strategy, I used 'Class Dojo' to manage the class behavior so, if
the students misbehave I take points from him/her in Class Dojo, and if
he or she have a great job and keep going I gives points in Class Dojo,
which let students to be challenge, active, and have good work in the
classroom.
Third strategy that I used rang the bell, when they are working loudly I
rang the bell to keep them focus and work quietly. So, these strategies
gave positive environment in the classrooms.
