PROJECT

Name: An Analytical approach towards Recruitment and Selection process.

Description: In this project, my focus was to understand the recruitment
process in detail and how the job is delegated to the most suitable person.
Apart from learning, I have handled recruitment cycle as per requirement
strategy of the concern, which includes co-ordinating with the candidates
through email/phone, personal meeting and interviewing the candidates to
check their soft skills. Accordingly, I have to send the screened candidate's
profile to the department head for technical interview related to the opening.
Post confirmation from the technical & managerial panel, I have prepared the
final offer which will further be extended to the selected candidate.

OTHER KEY PROJECTS

 Theme day : Made a Presentation on a FMCG Product ( Soap ) to

understand the key players in the Domestic Circuit and top Global Players
as well.

 1000 Rupees Challenge : Invested 1000 rupees in a project involving both
Product and Service.
 Tourist spot : A presentation on a tourist destination to improve our
researching and presentational skill.
  City Scan : A Research project on Ezra Market (lighting) . To understand
the origin , size , and its potential opportunity strategy to improve business
and its future in the market.

 Book Review : A Book review on The Secret by Rhonda Byrne for
understanding its importance and summary.
 Brand War : A project in which we launched a new brand of Ice cream by
doing research on the competitive Ice cream Industry and worked upon a
detailed marketing strategy for its future success.

 Merger and Acquisition : To know the meaning of merger and
acquisition as well as its pros and cons.
