My philosophy

Teachers have wide professional standards based on their interactions with

students, parents, community members, colleagues. There are several steps or
characteristics to make a good teacher such as being patient, caring the students
and be as a mother for them, make a relationship with students and their parents,
be prepared all the time and create a relax and a good learning environment. I
believe that all those characteristics makes a great role model for the learners.

One of an important part of my educational philosophy is Methods. Using

different and effective methods in teaching such as, using different learning style
visual, Kane static, auditory learning style, make differentiation in activities that
are suitable with students level. I think, these methods are the most important
methods and, considered as that a professional teacher use in teaching. That will
help students to understand better and inappropriate way. All, these methods will
keep my students positively and productively in the class because they will
understand the lesson better through using these methods.

The second part of my educational philosophy is classroom management. Dealing

students with respect will support the students to show their respect to the
teacher and will allow them to feel relax to the teacher and keep a good
relationship with the teacher. There are strategies the teacher can use for
classroom management. Model ideal behavior one of the best strategy for
managing student’s behavior. When the teacher make a routine of demonstrating
of behavior she/he want to see will carries a message for learners to use a good
behavior in the classroom. So in this way it’s will increase students concentration
in the classroom environment and high achievement.

I addition, stick classroom rules in the wall and go through the rules every day as a
routine will help the teacher to remind the learners of the classroom rules and
how they must act in the class. In this way, the learners will understand the right
and wrong behavior. I think, giving students punishment is a good way to avoid
the misbehavior. However, the punishment must not broke the student confident
that might cause a problem for the child. Moreover, using sticker as a positive
reinforcement can help to develop the student achievement and their behavior in
the classroom. There are different ways to use the sticker. For example, The
teacher can stick the students names in the wall and when the child do a good
behavior she/he stick a sticker for the child but, if the child misbehaver she/he get
a sticker from the child name. In this way will help the teacher to manage the
classroom and support the students to work hard and show their respect in the
classroom.

There are many qualities that make a great teacher. It is an important that the
teacher knows the curriculum and how to teach in a good way. A good teacher
must be positive and must be exciting in the class, that’s makes children exciting
to learn new information and to be involve in the classroom environment.

In conclusion, my educational teaching philosophy focuses on respect,

relationship, kindness, and being positive in the classroom. I believe that all my
views in my philosophy are an important to become a great and professional
teacher that makes the teacher a good role model for students and they never
forget the person who takes care of them and leads them to be success in their
life forever.
