SUBJECT: Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals Yearly Visit

Hello,

The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAHO) will be conducting their
yearly visit. JCAHO will be visiting our facility from Monday, January 15 to Friday, January 19.

We need to have all staff in attendance that week to assist. Human Resources will not be
honoring any vacation requests for the week of January 15.

All employees have been assigned a task that they should participate in during that week. If
you have any questions about your role, please contact your department heads.
