Specific responsibilities
- Participate in meetings with third parties, writing records on
the topics approached, conclusions, actions and archiving
according to the company's internal rules
- Organizes the protocol activity when the situation imposes it
(customer visits, suppliers, authorities)
- Organizes correspondence with third parties, control
authorities and partners of the company, maintains the
registration dossier (numbering of the incoming and outgoing
documents)
- Issues, records and receives accounting documents (notices,
invoices, management documents) in electronic or printed
form
- Fill, update, and certify the cash and payroll status
- Contact service providers or products and organize the
appointment agenda of the hierarchical superior
- Takes and transmits information and documents to those
whom they are addressed
7. Responsibilities - Archives specific documents (human, accounting,
commercial) according to the legal provisions and internal
norms of the company
- Participates in defining the processes in the field of activity
according to ISO 9001: 2008
- Communicates as soon as possible to hierarchical superior
the information on any situation that could negatively affect
the activity of the company
- Follows employee daily hours, and work hours reporting
(production / design).
- Organizes the logistics activity and transports to the
customer by preparing the required shipping documents
- Maintains contact with the customs commissioner, ensuring
the fluency of customs operations
- Maintains full confidentiality vis-à-vis third parties on all
technical and economic aspects of the company's activity of
which it is aware, except when the hierarchical superior
disposes it differently.
