on total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional redBus cancellation charge of 12% or
Rs.500, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation

Hotel may deny check-in to unmarried / unrelated couple, No refund will be applicable in such case.
For any 6 AM checkin hotel booking, the checkout time will be 10 AM on the day of checkout. Standard
hotel checkout time will not be available here. Kindly plan accordingly. Extended checkout time will be at the
sole discretion of the hotelier. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.

If you do not show up at the hotel, you will still be charged the entire amount as per No show hotel policy.

For bookings with discount ,cancellation penalties will be charged on the Display/Total price if a Promo

Modifications & Refunds

Ibibo Group Pvt. Limited doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.
Please do not call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The hotel's reservation can't
make changes to or process refunds for these specially-negotiated rates.
Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
