Colleagues (Summarize how two colleagues have addressed similar leadership roles OR the status of the issue at department/school/district level.)
- Brent has taken on many leadership roles at this school
including physical education dept. head, athletic director,
and dean of students for the middle school. He has been
given many leadership responsibilities and has given
numerous presentations to staff and students on a variety
of topics. The most recent discussion was with students
regarding anti-semitism and talked in front of the entire
middle and high school student body. Brent is a great

handles all of the middle school sports and conducts a
ceremony for students, parents, and coaches at the end of
the season. Abby also advocates for quality physical
education as we have attended a couple of conferences
such as CAHPERD and BER.

represent the 5 questions that were asked on the survey and the numbers on the left side 0-5 indicate their answer to the posed
question. I feel that the results of the survey were very positive and gave me an indication that the content was presented in a way
where they could understand it, and were engaged throughout the presentation. I also feel that the attendees understood the
content and realized the relevance of the topic. I was pleased with the results of the survey.
