9:10-10:00: Individual Rehearsals #1/4 (50 minutes)

10:00-10:15: Break (15 minutes)

10:15-10:45: Matrix Sessions I: (30 minutes)

1) Sectionals (Tenors) in MB room 321

2) Sectionals (Sopranos) in Concert Hall Stage
3) A cappella and Q/A (Altos and Basses) in F1115

10:45-11:00: BREAK (15 minutes)

11:00-11:50: Individual Rehearsals #2/4 (50 minutes)

11:50-1:00 pm: Lunch (70 minutes)

3:05-3:10: BREAK TO TRAVEL TO NEXT LOCATION (5 minutes)

3:10-3:45: 3:10-3:25 Logistics RunThrough for Women’s Festival Choir

3:25-3:45 Women’s Sound Check in Concert Hall (20 minutes)

3:10-3:40: Men Final Rehearsal #4/4 in F1115 (30 minutes)

3:45-3:50: WATER BREAK for Women (5 minutes)

Men Travel to Concert Hall and join women on stage

Men’s Chorus, with liaisons, use restrooms backstage and in
hallway, get a drink of water, and report to the balcony seating.

Women’s Chorus report to Room F1115

4:45-4:55: Women’s Chorus use the downstairs restrooms, get a drink of

water. Lineup in F1115.
