METHOD STATEMENT
OF
ERECTION OF STRUCTURE ON ATTIC FLOOR

1. Work Description:

Erection of steel structure.

2. Tools and Equipments Used:

Lorry crane, welding machine, power tools, hand tools, temporary barricade and
signage.

3. Work Execution:
 Mobilize a lorry crane for erect steel structure.
 2 workers will measure and mark the location of the anchoring point of bolt and nut
for the steel column base plate on the concrete.
 After marking a hole will be drill on the concrete and place in the bolt.
 2 worker will be assign to carry up the main external steel column to it vertical
position from below section and supported by external temporary cross bracing.
 2 worker install full rafer on the ground.
 After installation of rafter beam as per drawing lift up whole frame using lorry
carne on top of column.
 2 worker will secure rafter beam with column using tag wel.
 Check alignment of structure.
 After 2 worker will full weld as per drawing meantion.
 After welding complet 2 worker will clean welding area using power brush.
 After power brush 2 will paint welding area.
