What is a treatment plan?

 A treatment plan is a document that outlines the progression and direction of a psychological intervention program. It identifies the problems
(psychosocial, environmental, etc), the disorders, and the symptoms of the patient as well as the course of action that will be done in order to address
these concerns. A good treatment plan is one that is based from a good psychological evaluation and is outlined in a way that problems are targeted to
reduce their impact on the individual and sequenced in a manner that helps develop better functioning of the patient.
