and software under the Trademark of BindIt & KingFisher

With this letter, we hereby confirm that the company named below is an Authorized Distributor in Vietnam of
our products listed above (“Products”) and is fully authorized to present quotations for tenders on its own behalf;
provide sales, after-sales service, service assistance, and spare parts during the specified warranty period and
to sign and receive contracts in its own name.
