DAYWISE DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 00: Chennai

Assemble at the airport 3 hrs before departure.

Meet our representative at Chennai International airport.
Depart from Chennai by Oman Air via Muscat @ 15:00 Hrs.

Day 01: Milan – Pisa - Rome

Arrive Milan @ 07:20 Hrs.

Upon arrival, meet the driver and transfer to Pisa.
Indian menu lunch at Pisa.
Free time to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Square of Miracles.
Depart Pisa and drive to Rome.
Indian menu dinner at Rome. Overnight stay at Rome.

Day 02: Rome – Padova

Breakfast at the hotel.

Check out and transfer to the city centre to meet your guide.
Enjoy a guided city tour of Rome.

Day 03: Padova – Venice - Innsbruck

Take the private boat from Tronchetto to St. Mark’s Square.
Enjoy a guided city tour of St. Mark’s Square.
Visit the Murano Glass Factory, St.Marks’s Basillica , Doge’s Palace and the Clock Tower
30 Minute Gondola ride included.
Take the private boat back to Tronchetto.
Depart Tronchetto and drive to Innsbruck.

Day 04: Innsbruck – Wattens - Zurich

Breakfast at the hotel.

Check out and drive to Wattens.
Entrance to Swarovski Museum.
Depart Wattens and drive to Vaduz.

Depart Vaduz and drive to Schauffhausen.
Visit the Rhine Falls. Depart Schauffhausen and drive to Zurich.

Day 05: Zurich – Engelberg – Lucerne - Zurich

Drive by coach from Zurich to Engelberg.

Arrive Engelberg and take the cable car to the top of Mt.Titlis.
Enjoy activities like Cliff Walking and Ice Cave on top of the mountain.
Indian menu lunch at Mt.Titlis.
Evening come down to Engelberg and drive to Lucerne.

Day 06: Zurich – Titisee - Stuttgart - Germany

Depart Drubba and drive to Stuttgart.

Day 07: Germany – Amsterdam

Check out and drive to Cologne.
Visit the Cologne Cathedral.

Day 08: Amsterdam – Paris

Check out and proceed to visit the Keukenhof Gardens.
(In case of Keukenhof Gardens being closed, visit Madurodam).

Day 09: Paris – Departure

Breakfast at the hotel.

Proceed for a full day tour of Disneyland – 1 Day/ 1 Park.
Evening transfer from Disneyland to Siene Cruise.
1 Hr Seine Cruise with commentary.
Indian menu dinner and overnight stay at Paris.

Day 10: Paris – Chennai

Breakfast at the hotel.

Check out and drive to the city centre to meet the guide
Half day city tour of Paris.
Visit Arc De Triompe, Champs Elysees, Concorde Square, Notre Dame and Louvre Museum (from outside)

We at Akshaya India, take all steps to ensure that all the documents required by the Consulate are met with.
Beyond that:

- Issuance of Visa is solely at the discretion of the Visa officer. In case you are called for personal
Interview, you must visit Mumbai/Delhi at your own cost.
- In case of Rejection, the Visa fees will be forfeited and the appropriate cancellation charges will also be
debited.

Visa approval is strictly at the discretion of the Visa Officer. We will not take any responsibility for the same. In
few cases Visa rejection may also lead to certain cancellation charges.

For Schengen Visa:

We request you to make the payment for the Visa (INR 5,500 + Consulate Charges) at the Consulate while
submitting the documents at the Consulate.

We would request you to kindly carry the Premium Lounge Charges of INR 1,500 and the Visa Charges of INR
5,500, totaling to INR 7,000/- per person.

The above said Visa Charges (INR 5500.00) will be deducted from the total amount payable to us.

Travel in Europe:

We are visiting many countries in a short span of six days and the travel between 2 places of visit is not less than
3 – 4 hours. We request you to kindly report back after visiting the sight-seeing places on time to enable us to
visit all the attractions and sight-seeing places.

MISSING any attraction or sight-seeing places due to delays will not attract any refunds.

Terms and Conditions:

• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the
double room.
• A person below 12 years is considered a child and 12 years and above as an adult.
• On certain days, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions
will remain the same.
• Please note that the exchange rate is calculated @ 79.10 per Euro. In case of any increase in the
exchange, the rates will be charged accordingly.
• To confirm the booking, a NRF advance of 25000 is payable per head along with the passport copies
• Services of a professional, friendly and multilingual Tour Manager or a local Representative.

• On some occasions you may have to join another group in case the group does not have adequate
members.
• Functioning of Air cooling/Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the
local authority
• In case the group does not have adequate members, we may cancel the group. We can still accommodate
you in another group provided it is operational.
• Few hotels do not have air conditioning.
• Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
